Michael Madriaga of Pie in the Sky will treat everyone with "gorditas" this weekend - shredded pork with gluten free tortillas, black beans, rice cheese or regular cheese, local eggs, home made salsa verde, red salsa, and seasonal produce. Mike specializes in allergen free cuisine. his muffins can be found at For The Health of It, and Raw and Juicy.
A Girl Named Toni - Locally grown Produce - Figs, Tomatoes, English peas, Watermelons, Peaches, Blueberries, Zipper Peas, rainbow swiss chard, regular swiss chard, sweet spring onions fresh from the ground, green garlic, new potatoes and anything else Toni can get her hands on. Toni's Perrenials focuses on food grown within 100 miles of our area, ALWAYS LOCAL, ALWAYS FRESH.
