The Seaside Institute, along with Sundog Books and Central Square Records are pleased to announce that author and respected food consultant Clark Wolf will be on hand to read from his new book, “American Cheeses” on Thursday, July 9, 2009, from 4-6pm, in the upstairs room of Sundog
Books and Central Square Records in SEASIDE's Town Center on Hwy 30A [MAP]. A suggested donation of $10 is
requested, with proceeds benefiting The Seaside Institute.
As
founder and president of the Clark Wolf Company, Mr. Wolf has more than
thirty years experience in the restaurant industry and an exceptional
background in American cheeses.
Mr. Wolf will be reading excerpts from his book and will sign copies purchased at the event.
In
addition, to support The Seaside Institute's new sustainable
agriculture initiative and slow food movement, both local and regional
fare will be offered including cheeses, produce, breads and wine. This
offering will showcase some of the cheeses that are featured in Mr.
Wolf’s book and many items are available for purchase at some of the
shops in Seaside.
